  • Provides clear vision and direction
  • Inspires employees and community

Workforce Development (13 Points)

  • Supports employee growth, retention, and workplace culture
  • Invests in people

Innovation (10 Points)

  • Implements new ideas, strategies, or improvements
  • Adapts to challenges and drives progress
